Sales Manager; head of account management team of 3 (£60k basic, £90k OTE) - Business Intelligence

Head of Account Management desk:

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company that cover political intelligence.

This role offers progression in management and sales; looking after a team of 3, selling political Intelligence to public affairs and corporate communication professionals. You will personally manage 60 high value accounts, whilst other 3 members manage the remaining 330 clients.

Candidates must have strategic vision; being able to implement process and having the interest to sell and lead by example as you will be responsible for designing and executing a strategy for growth. Part of the role will require planning and executing of cross-selling and upselling campaigns. Your role will be instrumental in the effort of increasing market scope within the Business Intelligence and will continue to cement good relationship with the professionals from the political, corporate and public sector. Full training by industry experts and coaches into the clients commercial methodology will be provided to help further client engagement.

Ideal candidates will have 6 years experience, with at least 18 months of that as a manager. Basic up to £60k, £95k OTE year one.
