All of the above categories of candidates are those we look to connect with. We take a strategic approach to locating the right candidate on behalf of our clients who have identified key areas of experience they require for the role.
Once we have reached out to the candidate and confirmed their interest in a role, we take the time to get to know them on a personal level as each one will have their own priorities when searching for their next position. Typically we discuss 5 areas and create a priority list which can include: company stature, responsibility, salary, commission and progression.
After an initial phone interview, we invite suitable candidates for a face to face interview to help us to learn about their character, their achievements and discuss what they are looking for in a new role.
