Often a candidate will have questions about a company’s culture, the personalities in the office and the management style. We take pride in being open and honest in explaining each client’s process and culture. We meet all our clients to help learn about their environment and what they look for in a candidate which in turn helps our candidate understand what to expect.
Some candidates may not have experience or awareness of day-to-day office life so we will sit down with each candidate and coach them through the all interviews we arrange. Issues that normally arise are; interview style of the different managers, examples of projects or tasks that are given to previous graduates and how they are assessed.
